While campaigning, I heard over and over again the desire of community members to learn more about how to become involved in their local school. Parents of pre-school-aged children expressed a desire to get involved with and learn more about their neighborhood school while their child was age 1or 2. Parents of 2nd and 3rd graders wanted to learn more about middle school options. Community members without school-aged children expressed a desire to meaningfully contribute to their neighborhood school. Working with principals, I would like to link community members expressing mutual interest in their neighborhood school with one another. Whether your children already attend the school or not, please fill out this survey so that I may begin to deepen our connectivity to one another through our neighborhood schools.
